    Good day @amywrenc

That error is basically saying that it wasn’t able to find any data/results from an attempted fetching of your shop’s data from BigCartel

However, just to add some extra confirmation, what value exactly are you putting into the setting field when you visit Settings > Big Cartel Importer? What’s there would be playing a possible part in the success for this. I have tried with just the “amywrenstudio” like exampled below the field, and it’s found data and even imported some to my local dev install.

    Hey Michael,

I’ve just changed the URL for big cartel to the following and it still doesn’t seem to be working it just keeps saying that my website is in maintenance mode?

    https://awpstudio.bigcartel.com/

Just to be certain, the only text that you’re putting into the text input from our settings, is either “amywrenstudio” or “awpstudio” correct, not the https:// or the .bigcartel.com portion? That’s the only part you need to provide, and the plugin should be handling the rest to start looking for products with their API and whatnot.

It seems to be registering the store now by just putting in awpstudio without the http: but it says its only imported 3 categories but zero products? I currently have 12 products live on the site? How do I get them to show up?

Curious if something timed out during processing. When in doubt, you should be able to re-save the settings and have it attempt to re-import. Code should be smart enough to skip over what’s already been imported, if I recall right.

We need to revamp the internals to help with import processing.
