Big cropped thumbs…how do I fix?

    I love your theme, bdbrown, thanks for it:)

    I’m still learning WP, and your theme. Right now, I have issues with certain pages, they make huge, very cropped versions of the images.

    For example, this is perfect (the “Three New Prehistoric Caiman Species Found”): Perfect

    This is also perfect: also perfect

    But when I try to make a ‘recent news primary sidebar”, on another item, I get this, and it does the same thing on ‘related posts’, which I’ve turned off until I fix this: Weird Edit: I entered the wrong URL on first post.

    I’m sure it’s not a problem with Hueman, but my lack of knowledge, if you would be willing to help, please and thank you:)

    Hi shawngibson. This post may offer some information on why the images are cropped, and offers a solution that the poster used.

    Thanks bdbrown. I’ve been working on this for an hour, the suggested plugin just keeps telling me that no thumbnail was selected, even though I’ve selected and cropped it. Am I supposed to turn some option on in WP that is specifically ‘thumbnails’?

    Not that I’m aware of. I haven’t used the plugin. I only know about it from that author’s post. Looks like the plugin author is pretty responsive on the plugin support page. You might try posting your question there.
