The DB Table frmt_form_views is biggest Table in my DB. The backup plugin gives me a note.
I have activated Submissions Retention (2 Month) but the table isn’t getting smaller. Is that normal? What can I do?

    Hello @mawosch

    I hope you’re doing well!

Please let us know how big is the database table? The Submissions Retention set to 2 moths should remove submissions that are more than 2 months old.

Would you please check the database table and confirm that 2 months old submissions and older are removed?

If the table is too big, please consider reducing the Submission Retention.

As an alternative, please consider integration the From with Google Sheet so all the data will be imported in there.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Thanks for the hints.

I found entries with date_created at 2019-01-03 in the database. How can I force the removing?

    Hello @mawosch

    I trust you’re doing well!

Please have a backup of your database and remove the entries directly from teh database.

Please let me know, was Submission Retention always enabled or enabled recently on your site? I’ve tested this option and submissions were removed.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
