    Hello @elsatapia,

    Thank you for reaching out,

I can see you are using a custom header in elementor, could you please tell us how you built that header? do you use a shortcode for the header menu and mini cart?

It seems it’s a cache issue, if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, in Elementor, please don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools; and finally use hard-refreshing keys and recheck the issue. To refresh the page, please follow the steps explained in this link:
    https://www.documate.org/automation/what-is-a-hard-refresh-how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-in-any-browser/
    https://www.usmobile.com/blog/how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-on-your-browser/
To clear cookies, use this icon: https://postimg.cc/0rtp7SS9.

    Summary:
    Win: Ctrl+Shift+R
    Mac: Shift+Command+R

If the above solution didn’t help you, please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product.

Please keep us posted on the results.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards

I’ve tried everything you’ve told me and it’s still the same.
No, the header is not created with elementor.
But can you give any other clues as to what could be happening?

    Hello @elsatapia,

    Thank you for reaching out,

I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and was unable to replicate it on my end, and no similar issues have been reported by other users to this moment.

According to your details, it seems it’s a plugin conflict.
For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let us know the results:

    0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
    2. Deactivate all plugins.
    3. Then, first, activate Ocean Extra plugin.
    4. Check your issue.
    5. Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation and ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins(before updating, please get a full backup from your website).

Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

If the above steps don’t help you, kindly provide us with your system environment information. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard. You can send the information as code here or upload them to https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and get an exclusive link: https://i.postimg.cc/fbjtkFyJ/image.png(you can remove your email address from the content).

Note 3: If you have any custom CSS and JS on your website, please temporarily remove them and recheck the issue – before removing them get a backup from them.

Note 4: You can check the items above on the staging website.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards

    Hi @skalanter skalanter,
Everything has been much easier…. elementor > Settings > integrations > WooCommerce > Mini cart template… Disable… save changes
I don’t know how long this has been there.

Thank you very much for your help!
