Was your site hacked? This seems like an interesting case.

Those adult keywords are showing in Google results because that is what the googlebots saw when they tried to visit those links. You can see what they saw by checking the cached version of the page:

    No, It was not. AFAIK.

I saw cached pages, however, where are this pages now? Why they disappeared from my site?

    Very strange case.

What is your current WordPress version and did you upgrade it recently (and what was your previous version)? This appears to be an exploit of WordPress that was used to inject those adult links into your site, so your site does appear to have been compromised.

It is 3.0.1. Recently I had problem, I was not able to open any content from my WP site (clicking on any content would again lead me to main site – homepage). I reinstalled WP inside WP-Admin and from that move it works.

Maybe this spam links are somehow connected with unable to open content links and this problem was solved by re-installation?

I did some brief research online and I found that a number of WordPress sites had been affected by a backdoor exploit where adult links were being injected into the compromised sites.

Old WordPress versions can have vulnerabilities which are then taken advantage of by spammers, so it is always a good idea to keep your WordPress installations up to date.

Important is to note that it was never outdated and I used it from 3.0.1 ! However, it seems to be OK. Only problem now is Google Cache!

Do you monitor your traffic levels? Sites which have been exploited and injected with adult links have seen their traffic levels drop because search engines like Google stop showing them. However, after the site is cleaned up, sites usually recover if there weren’t too many other major problems.. but if you are concerned, you can login to Google Webmaster Tools and use the ‘Reconsideration Request’ form to let them know what happened so that they can lift any penalties that might have been applied to your site.

Site is fine. Indexed properly for main terms. Webmaster Tools normally show us, without any errors and warnings. However, thanks for advice!
