    Hi, i talked also with mailchimp support and there is a huge bug.
    When user order something, the telephone number is not sync into mailchimp.
    Can you solve asap please?

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    What plugin version are you using?

    Who is your hosting provider and can you check to see if they block access to the admin-ajax.php file for any reason?

    Are you on a shared hosting plan?

    If you’re using SiteGround, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?

    What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?

    Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?

    Do you have any caching plugins or services running?

    Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

    i can see on the log that the phone field is being send to mailchimp but still unable to see it in the lists.

    mail chimp for woocommerce version 2.2.2
    php 7
    dedicated server
    no cache plugin

    what can be the problem?

    @rycodata and @paolo8913 Do you have merge tags set up on your list, or are you talking about an ecommerce automation that’s using the customer info / order info etc?

    Please describe a little more in detail on the steps taken so we can help troubleshoot the best we can. We’ll be looking out for your replies.
