• i have purchased from the jigoshop website the “SEO Deluxe Plugin” but it does not work – it does not work at all with the latest version of wordpress and jigoshop.

    the producer of that extension does not answer to my e-mails and jigoshop also provides only payed support – at least if there was a forum or something.

    i would not ever recommend jigoshop as simple things are almost impossible to do, like implmenting on my own schema.org or other simple stuff.

    community is also NON EXISTENT so run as fast as you can from this extension.

    we do free support here. See https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/jigoshop – hundreds of support requests from hundreds of community members. I see none of yours?

    I’d be happy to discuss what you can’t do but such statements can’t be adressed unfortunately.

    The thing is that i have purchased the seodeluxe plugin from this page:

    In jigoshop.com there is a support button, but everything is payed.
    Also there is not a single link to the WordPress support page, because i would have tried it. Maybe you should put a link in the Jigoshop website to the support page, because not everyne will guess to look on the wordpress plugin page.

    In fact the website where i made the purchase does not give me any clue about the support that i could get or about the community and my recent post was a in fact a desperate measure.

    Also i want to say that on 23 May i wrote a mail to the Code Ninjas, the devs that made the “Jigoshop SEO Deluxe Plugin”, but they did not offered any help.

    Now i will open a suppport topic… and hopefully the problemwillbe solved.

    we will think of making it even more clear but hoped it looks fine.

    We can’t support external plugins but if author of plugin doesn’t offer reasonable support standard – we will do official version of the plugin.

    Then put that text a little bigger – because the first things that i can see are the boxes with Monthly support and Yearly support.

    Aniway, i have contacted jigoshop several days ago on the contact form but you did not answer. Also send a mail earlier today, but still no answer to my problem.

    So, finally, after using jigoshop and purchasing that plugin, can i make it work? Or i simply throw away those money?

    And if i purchased that plugin from Jigoshop website it is not normal for me to have a minimum amount of support?

    Now really, put yourself in my place. You would not be unhappy?
