• Hi there

I have had this problem with a past few sites I’ve had. In between the products there is huge gaps, on every page. I think it’s something to do with the Woocommerce columns and items per page, but I have checked this and made the settings equal to the themes settings and it continues to happen.

    Can anyone help me please?

  • Sup,

Can you hit us with a link so that we could at least check out your source?

    That is one sexy theme.

Here’s my take on how to make it look better.

    1. The spacing isn’t that bad. This is how it looks on my end. I think this is fine, or maybe we’re looking at a different page.

    2. The main issue I see is that there’s a lot of excessive line-height and margins.

    3. So I fixed the margins and line-height a bit in Firefox, and here’s how it would look if you did the same in the actual stylesheet files.

    Hope that helped a bit.

Thank you for the reply Inkie.

Can you check the ‘Outfits’ page as it’s a lot worse than the shoes page.

How & what would I need to change in the stylesheets? Sorry I’m not amazing at the coding side of thing.

    Thank you ??

Oh ok, that’s strange. I’ll get back to you as soon as I’ve got a solution for you.

    Perfect, thank you so much!

Okay, so to fix this you just need to update one line in the stylesheet.

In your admin, go to Appearance -> Editor

On the right-hand side, select style.css (it’s usually at the very bottom).

    Hit ctrl+f and find this text: ul.products li.first There may be more than one, so find the one that is followed by clear: none !important;

Change the word none to left. Change nothing else unless you know what you’re doing.

Save everything and refresh your website. It should be fine now.

    Let me know.

    Thanks for that.

Still no change. I think it has something to do with the column settings as this all happened when I changed them from the default 12 items per page and 4 per column.

    Best regards

It seems to me like you haven’t yet applied the change that I suggested to the style.css file.

Did you save and update everything?

EDIT: Sorry, it seems that you did and I didn’t hard refresh the page. The worst part is that now it looks good on my screen.

I guess it’s something I’m not seeing. I’m sorry I could be of more help. Best of luck.
