• I am having a big issue with my website. The loading speed is terrible, sometimes it just doesn’t load (I need to reload multiple times to even access the wp admin). I checked and all performance sites tell me that my TTFB is bad. Could you point me where should I start looking to solve this issue?

    Thank you so much

I contacted my hosting and they answered:

    Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Online Support.
Unfortunately, we can not troubleshoot WordPress websites as they are on a 3rd party platform. If you are managing the site on your own you can find useful information at codex.www.ads-software.com This is the online forum for all WordPress users. as you have a coming soon page up, I can’t see your TTFB. Please remove that. Also, given the name of your site, I need to ask whether it’s NSFW.

The general cause of TTFB issues is an overloaded server — either the web server, database server, or both. You can ameliorate those issues with plugins like “comet cache” and “autoptimize”.

Hello thank you so much, I removed the coming soon. Yes, the website is a NSFW art site.

about plugins,, currently I’m using “Fast velocity minify” and “comet cache”

Yeah, it’s a hosting thing. 6 seconds for TTFB? Something is not set up right. The caching and minification seems to be working. I see you’re running through Cloudflare, so you might check with them as well, as there may be something going on with how it’s talking to your host. Make sure whatever caching you’re using is fully compatible with front-ending your site with Cloudflare.

Thank you so much. I tried pausing cloudflare and the issue got worse. I’m using JupiterX theme with elementor, I tried to be very careful with the settings of the plugins and I stick to the highest rated recommended plugins (with the recommended settings by forums and JupiterX).
