Big waste of your time and your clients

The plug-in worked great for a little while… Then I gave a new project to my client, and they spent over six hours adding comments on the website only to find that none of the comments were saved. Obviously, my client was not happy and made me look extremely unprofessional. I would look into other options for website feedback.
