    The limit varies between servers.

It depends on the maximum PHP execution time, and the amount of memory available for PHP. The time and memory requied to import an image varies between hosts.

Sorry, just import fewer files, or ideally use the WordPress uploader instead, as it does a far better job.

    Hi
there is a reason why someone wants to use “add from server” instead the WP-Uploader.
Mostly due to a transfer of a whole website.

If you dont code a “check multiple files at once” function, that plugin is quite useless because no one wants to get mad by checking 10.000 checkboxes in parts of 100 by hand.

That’s what this plugin is specifically NOT designed for. Please don’t use this plugin for that. You’ll just cause yourself issues down the line.

Please use a proper import/export tool or plugin instead. Migrating the file structure separately from the content ends up with different ID’s in the database and various WordPress core functionalities then fail when the image was within a post or gallery.
