BILLING: Unexpected CleanTalk Upgrade?

    I was updating our billing information today and noticed I somehow have a CleanTalk plan and an upgrade earlier this month – much to my surprise.

    Our account lists:

    • Dec, 12 2023 purchase : 1324260 Unlimited Anti-Spam Protection for 1 website (Dec 2023 to Dec 2024).
    • May, 02 2024 purchase: upgrade to 13536134 Anti-Spam for 3 websites (May 2024 to May 2025)

    My owner said he only wanted a plan for 1 website, and this upgrade on May 2, 2024 is a mistake. Can you please cancel the May, 02 2024 upgrade to 3 websites, so we only have the Dec, 12 2023 purchase for 1 website through Dec 2024?
