Billing address – automatic filling

I tried using the Correios autofill on our Brazilian Market demo site and it works as expected. (I had disabled our Google Address Autocomplete plugin on that demo site prior to testing).

I also tried it on your website and was able to reproduce the issue.

1. Does it only happen when Fluid Checkout is activated?

2. It might also be another plugin that is interfering with this. Could you run a plugin conflict test as explained in the article below?

I′ve found out that one of the plugins is really affecting that function.
It′s Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce – from ThemeHigh.

When I disable that plugin, billing address is automatically filled, as expected.

My question now: is there something you can do from your side, or should I contact them?

If it is still happening when you deactivated Fluid Checkout, it would be best if you contacted the other plugin authors directly as it is unlikely that we would be able to fix it from our side.

In any case, I’ll try to reproduce it on my side and let you know how it goes.

Yes, the problem still occurs when Fluid Checkout is disabled.
So, I’ll open a ticket there.

Ok, in that case, there is indeed not much we could do from our side.

As an alternative, consider using our Google Address Autocomplete extension which also has a feature to auto-fill addresses based on the Brazilian CEP field, and can be used in conjunction with the Google Address suggestions feature.
