    Hi everybody,
in the shop that we are creating we have received an order from china. The costumer has added his address in the correct way but it is being displayed in an incorrect order.
When editing the address everything is in the correct fields as soon as you leave the editing mode or open the invoice the order of the address is incorrect again.

Can this be changed so that we have the address correct?

I tried contacting the WooCommerce Support, but there seems to be another problem with that…

  • Hello,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hello,

    thanks for the fast reply.

That sounds like a great way to find a solution but the shop is already running and things are being booked so we can’t just switch the theme and deactivate plugins…

    But thank you ??

    Thanks for your explanation @mdbrandstorm.

    I would suggest two approaches:
    * Using the Health Check plugin – it has a troubleshooting mode where only you, the admin, can view the effect of changes such as disabling plugins and changing themes. Customers will not be affected. Here’s how to troubleshoot with the health check plugin – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-using-health-check/
    * Using a staging site – you can spin up a copy of your site on a staging site and use it for testing purposes. I’d recommend using the WP Staging plugin.

Hopefully, these options will help you do the conflict test recommended earlier.
    Thanks.

    Hi @abwaita,

Thank you for giving the plug-in idea. We have actually not checked it yet. I think we will try it at some point but right now we can not risk anything with the shop.

You can go ahead and close the thread.
    Thank you.
