Billing adress form not showing

  • When I get to my checkout page I have no billing address form.

    I saw it can be because virtual object might be selected, but I don’t find that option anywhere.

    Also, I have the shipping activated and it calculates everything the way I designed it for, therefore it should know there’s a address it needs to be sent.

    I was checking and in the woocommerce folder there’s no checkout sub-folder. I’m using version 2.4.8.
    Shouldn’t there be a folder or something to define the checkout? Was it changed from 2.4.7?

    You should have:
    /plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/form-billing.php
    (there should be 11 files in that folder)

    If I go to my profile and edit address I can see the billing address.
    However in the checkout page it doesn’t show the form.
    I guess there’s something wrong in the checkout page linked to woocommerce. Does anyone know anything about this?

    Visual Composer and your theme have been updated slightly, so consider updating.

    If the problem persists, check for a plugin conflict. Deactivate all other plugins and if that solves the problem reactivate one-by-one and test.
