Billing and Shipping Empty on Checkout

    While user is logged in with prefilled billing and shipping addresses, when getting to the checkout page, all billing and shipping information is still blank.

    I’ve already checked the “Default to users billing address” but nothing shows up?? I’ve also turned off all plugins except WooCommerce and changed themes aswell.

    Isn’t it suppose to autofill if user already has those fields entered?
    Btw I’m using user registration pro and elementor.

    This does not control how the fields are populated. These settings determine which fields are visible by default during checkout.

    When you say pre-filled, do you mean it’s entered on their account pages? If you’re testing this, go to your account page (My Account > Addresses) and check the billing and shipping addresses are populated there. Thats where the values will be pulled from on checkout.

    These fields can also be found on the edit user page in WP Admin, or the profile page for your own account.
