    Hi

I’ve got amazon pay plugin setup and good to go, and when I get on checkout I get the button to sign in to amazon, I click on it and in the popup I login, then is shows the wallet displays, where I can choose billing and shipping.

I go to bottom of page tick the terms box, the place order, and it scrolls back up to the top saying billing first name, street address, city, postcode, email, and shipping firstname, street address, city and postcode are required.

There are no fields to fill in though, I guess a result of the amazon plugin hiding them. What do we do.?

Hmm, it sounds like in this case you might have your theme or another plugin conflicting with Amazon Pay. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know what you find! ?? Thanks!

In that case, you’d need to contact your theme developers for help ensuring that their themes are compatible with Amazon Pay.

Hiya, so I solved the issue it was the MWS Secret key…After replacing it, the issue went away…although I would have expected the error to be related to that rather than the form variation issues.

Are you integrating Aelia Multi Currency into the compatibility for Amazon Pay…Aelia is a pretty popular multicurrency add-on, and is currently the one we are using. https://aelia.co/shop/currency-switcher-woocommerce/?utm_source=AdWords&utm_medium=Search&utm_campaign=MC-Plugin&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7qP2tfiJ7AIV0-ntCh2RiA1DEAAYASAAEgLwv_D_BwE

I can see the scripts in your plugin for multi currency is relatively small, so hopefully not too much work to integrate. I could share access to my install if that would help so you can get the relevant hooks/variables (happy to contribute financially too).

    Hi @dzined

Thanks for getting back to us and explaining the fix!

I don’t see an open Issue related to multi-currency but I think this would be related to the Aelia plugin? Have a chat with them to confirm where compatibility should be added then if needed, please do open an enhancement request here – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-amazon-pay/issues

As the initial query is resolved, I’m going to mark this thread as Resolved – please do open a new thread if needed.

    Thanks,
