Billing Details fields not getting information from database

I’ve got a few extra fields that show up in the “billing address” area for “car series, cars, etc” on a website called hsvclubnsw.com

When people update those details, they populate through to the database and when we do an export, all the details are there, but when we go to the “my account” page in the store from the front end, the details for the drop down menu items do not show the current information from the database. It just shows the defaults.

How can this be fixed?
