You can use a plugin such as Checkout Field Editor to do that. This is a plugin from our marketplace and we will be able to assist you with it if you need.
You can search for “checkout fields”, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example, to find other plugin options.
Please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so it is good to check the plugin thoroughly to see if it is reliable. You can find more about this in this guide.
Another option to remove the fields is by using custom code.

Having said that, the billing address is usually required by the payment gateways, so removing those fields might end up causing issues. So removing it might cause trouble and we advise against doing it.???
