    Hello,

after a few updates, we detect an anomaly. After completing an order in Woocommerce with the account of the first customer, we find his billing information again at checkout with the account of the second customer. How is it possible?

    Hi @peter4689,

This usually happens due to caching of the cart or checkout pages. So, in this case, Customer 1’s info was cached when they made the order. When customer 2 placed an order, some of the cached data from customer 1 was used.

Thus, I would recommend that you purge all cache from your caching plugin and then configure it not to cache the cart, checkout, and my-account pages as explained in this guide.

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks.

No way. The problem persists despite having entered the “cart”, “checkout” and “my-account” pages. Is it due to the template?

    Thanks for getting back.

I presume that you’ve purged all cache from your plugin then configured it not to cache the cart, checkout, and my account pages.

If the issue seems to persist, there might be some server-side caching going on. Kindly get in touch with the host to see if they can disable any caching happening on the server-side especially for those three WooCommerce pages then test again.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.
