Billing / shipping address doesn’t update in My Account

Just to check: Are there any template overrides of the my-account pages in your theme? Are those fields customised by another plugin at all?

If you’re unsure, please share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status** ??

As far as I am aware there are no template overrides of the my account pages from my theme. (My theme = Neve). How do I check?

Yes they fields are custom fields by a plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/flexible-checkout-fields/
