Error: billing_address_2 not “Leitcodiert”

When customer enters billing_address_2 or shipping_address_2 DHL it says
“Label could not be created – At least one hard mistake occurred in the program.”
But when I uncheck “pr dhl is codeable”/ Leitcodierung it works. But what does Leitcodierung have to do with the additional adress?
