billing_first_name not importing…and It Does Not Send Email to User

    Hi Javier Carazo!
    Congratulations for your plugin.
    He’s trying to make it perfect for users and to import shipment data for woocommerce. I managed to enter several records but strangely does not record:
    first_name
    billing_first_name

    _________________________

    It is strange because “last_name” and “billing_last_name” are registered!

    I can not understand what the problem is.

    I read in other topic that to send email to user must change the values SMTP, I tried to open the file “smtp.php” but I did not understand what I have to change.

    PS: for email use the plugin “WP Easy SMTP”.

    I would be grateful if I could fix it!

    TheItalianjob,

    First issue. This is strange, this should work, try to see if this is some spell error. There is no other reason.

    Second issue. If you need to send mails via SMTP using another plugins, tell me and I give you a quote for the modification. Your name will be appears on credits and you will be the one who support it.

    This is not so easy.

    The problems:

    • billing_first_name and billing_last_name doesn’t exist, WooCommerce use first_name and last_name
    • billing_state doesn’t save the name of the state, it saves the code of the state

    Fill all SMTP settings if you want to send mail using SMTP.

    Thanks for the support, but I do not think you can help me!
    billing_first_name and billing_last_name…exist!
    After loading the CSV I sent by email, if I create a new order and load data “Mario Rossi” … I find ALL of the data entered in the CSV except billing_first_name and billing_country (in red).
    The same problem I find if I enter the standard values “first_name” or “country”.
    If you solve my problem I will gladly donate!

    Those fields are in the database but actually, they are no useful. They have no sense.

    You have to use: first_name and last_name for those data.

    For countries use the code, here you have a list of them. I.e. Italy is “IT”.

    And when you are trying to import states the same, save the code, Latina in Italy is “LT” but yes, you have also a list here.
