Billion dollar company have one of the worst plugin ever

How come a billion dollar company has this bad of a plugin when its directly related to their business. No support. No one reply to support for months. No changelog added after update. Always breaks things. Being a billion dollar logistics company have this type of integration is just pure pathetic. Look to small aggregators like picrr and shiprocket and learn from them. They are like 1/10th of your comapany but have really great plugins.
