Binary MLM Plugin activation

  • I got the error message below while activating the binary MLM plugin:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mlm_install() (previously declared in /home/football/public_html/wp-content/plugins/binary-mlm/mlm-loader.php:99) in /home/football/public_html/wp-content/plugins/binary-mlm/mlm-loader.php on line 256
    How do I resolve it please?
