This isn’t the appropriate forum to discuss your poetry. I will say that the theme you have chosen doesn’t seem to be in keeping with your content.

I would lose all the clutter to the right – even if not on the home screen you MUST do this for selection of the individual poems… Whenm I read a poem even more than any other writing I seriously want THAT and ONLY that on the screen – all else is distraction.

I agree, it’s very hard to read. I wouldn’t mind leaving you a comment or two but my eyes can’t focus on the poetry.

You could try a 1-column theme, that has a big widgetized footer (perhaps a 2-col footer).

That way it will be just the poem, side to side. When you scroll down, there will be all your links and search bar in a different color at the bottom.

What you could do is, have it start then have a : “Read More….” link. Then the page it goes to is just a plain page without anything else on it.
