Bing feed giving Warnings and not accepting product feed

    Hello:

    When we are generating the feed we are getting the below error in Bing Merchant Centre.

    “Since you have provided the item_group_id, the offer must also contain at least one of the variant attributes (size, color, material, pattern, age_group, or gender). Otherwise, item_group_id will not be used.”

    please suggest.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    It seems you have added product variations to your product feed for Bing. When you do so the field item_group_id is mandatory, thats why our plugin automatically adds that field as a field that needs to be mapped. Since the item_group_id is now in your product feed Bing requires you to clarify what distinct the different product variations, either size, colour, etc. So all you need to do is add that specific field to the product feed and all will be fine.
