Bing Shopping Acceptable Free shipping format

    Bing feeds for Germany require shipping. How do I add this, my products are digital so shipping is free. I have tried setting shipping value to statick value of 0, this isnt working, the feed ends up with just a closed shipping tag (<g:shipping/>) and no actual value. This is not being accepted as a shipping value in Bing Merchant centre. Please assist
