Bing webmaster sitemap crawl error.

    Hello,
    i registered my site https://www.potrosnja.com on Bing webmaster tool to index it for search on bing and yahoo.
    i added the sitemap adress
    https://www.potrosnja.com/sitemap.html
    but when i checked after few hours, it said crawl error

    Download of the sitemap or feed failed
    We encountered an issue when we tried to download this sitemap. Please check the sitemap for errors and resubmit the sitemap.

    Im using the XML sitemaps plugin by Arne Brachhold.

    What do i do?
