Birthday Automation not Running

    All setup, contacts with birthday dates in YYYY-MM-DD format, have tried to run manually “Scheduled Automation Tasks”, but nothing happens. Cron have been working fine with all other plugins, I cant disable it, since many other plugins use it. Am I doing something wrong?

    Edit: i have found out, I need to manually add contacts to the automation, how to make it add automatically?Because birthday coupons will be for everyone

    We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and truly appreciate your patience.

    It seems you’re using the Birthday Automation trigger. Please note that this specific trigger activates only when the current date matches the Birth Date of the contact. Simply adding a birthday or running scheduled tasks manually won’t initiate the automation: it’s designed to work automatically on the contact’s actual birthday. And, if the server cron is enabled, the cron will trigger the automation on time; so you don’t need to run the scheduled task manually.

    For testing purposes or initiate the automation for any other purpose, you can manually trigger the Birthday Automation, directly from the Contacts Dashboard. However, please know that the automation itself will always execute automatically on the respective birthdays of your contacts. No other automatization can be possible.
