    Hi,

I am using “Draw birthday of WordPress Users from the —- meta field of WordPress User Profile” option. I have selected a custom field I have set up in Ultimate Member. Other plugins pick it up ok.

However Birthdays Widget is generating a list of birthdays, but the dates are all wrong (and can’t figure out where it’s drawing the dates from either – it doesn’t seem to relate to registration date etc).

It’s not incorrect format, the numbers have no relation to the date they should be.

    Any ideas please? :/

    Hi there,

well it seems it realy is about the incorrect format (and a wrong if in the code providing you with a date, when it should produce an error message). Please be kind enough to select custom expected date format with value: Y/m/d

In the next update, the if statement will be fixed providing users with the correct error message to help them address the problem.

PS: If everything works and you like our work, please consider leaving a rating.

Thank you Sudavar, you’re right! Y/m/d worked, so it was the format.

Thanks for the prompt response, I will leave you a glowing rating now ??

    Hey Hazel

I’m having the exact same problem – How did you change the format in Ultimate Member to match Y/m/d?

    Hi aboegh,

the format the Ultimate Member saves is Y/m/d – so all you have to do is go to the WordPress Birthday Widget plugin’s options page and select expected date in the format of Y/m/d.

If you have any problems don’t hesitate to contact again.
