Bit of a failed ‘marketing’ attempt

Inherited a site from a new client with GADWP on it and just updated – to find this has happened!
Currently waiting for support from my host to fix the completely non responsive server which happened as soon as I tried to go to the plugins settings to see what had happened.
Will be removing it as soon as I get access to the server.
Why is this not considered malware? To effectively hijack an existing plugin with a huge user base and completely change the plugin to try and force them to buy into an overpriced premium service is, at least, dishonest!
