Bit of problems setting up facebook pixel

  • Hi! i kind of know that this isnt right place to post it, but i figured out its better to try here and get redirected than die slowly inside.

    i started today learning how to set up Facebook pixel and i immediatly rushed into 2 different problems.
    1) First problem i keep having rushing into is in Facebook. When i log in to Ad manager and click on pixels, i keep getting error message or my pixel is showing 0 reading on everything. (most of the time “Error. something went wrong”) What should i do, since i cant even get in to look my fb pixel code to start setting up again?
    2) 2nd problem of mine is in setting up conversions. I got my 1st test pixel working on mainpage just to track ppl who show up on main site, but i have webshop on page, under different url, i cant set up working pixel on there. any instructions in this matter?

    Hi,

    very sorry for the delay in my response, I hope it can help you though.

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin and then try to reset the connection by clicking on “Reset” button inside the “Advanced Settings” box of the “General Settings” tab

    2. I want to clarify one thing: the different domain is in the same WordPress website or is it a different WordPress installation?
