Bitcoin Gateway does not appear in checkout process

I’m trying to integrate bitcoin payments into Paid Membership Pro, so I stumbled across this plugin. I’m glad the plugin exists, but I’m running into issues with it. Everything is set up and configured properly and I’ve followed the instructions on the website. However, the option to use the Bitcoin gateway does not appear in the checkout process. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins to no avail. Does anyone have any idea why that may be?
