    Hello –

This week after a theme update happened, our website all of a sudden has the wrong “product added to cart” css design.

Here is how it looked for the last 3 years:

    https://tinyurl.com/yrlnr8v8

A nice banner with a nice button to go to the cart.

Now, all of a sudden with no changes on our side, it looks like this:

We spent 3 hours trying to override your CSS files to fix this, and nothing we write in the Customizer will revert it to how it used to look.

How can we fix this ASAP?

    Thanks!

  • Hi there,

Are you using the latest version of Neve and WooCommerce?

Are you using any caching plugin? In that case, can you please clear the cache?

    Hi,

Yes, we use the current version because your current version is the one we posted about that caused the issue…it didn’t look like that for the last 3 years until now.

    Neve Version: 3.7.5

And yes, we clear the cache dozens of times per day as we are very large scale ecommerce website.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for coming back to me. I’ve investigated this and I think there is an issue with the notice indeed. This happens when the new Cart and Checkout blocks from WooCommerce are used on their respective pages, instead of the shortcodes.

I’ve reported this here so you can follow up if you want https://github.com/Codeinwp/neve/issues/4189

As a temporary solution, I also tried creating some small CSS style that you could try to add in Customizer to try to override the code so the notice would look similar to how it looked before https://gist.github.com/rodica-andronache/fa603adf507e80bc2f94a28f91e9219f

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Hi @rodicaelena!

    Thank you!

We have implemented the temporary CSS fix and it works perfectly, and will track the bug and remove it once resolved.

We appreciate your help with this!
