If you are only changing the domain name of the site, but the site’s content is remaining the same, you typically would not need to edit the focus keyphrases of it’s pages.

I mean can i export and import focus keyphrases from old to new plugin ( in new website )?
The premium version of Yoast SEO does include a feature that allows you to export the site’s focus keyphrases to a .csv file, along with the other associated data you selected in the export options. You can then view the .csv file in a spreadsheet editor such as Microsoft Excel for example.
