BizSwoop Product Add-Ons WooCommerce Not showing up on Product Page

  • I have been using “Product Add-Ons WooCommerce” by BizSwoop for some time (several months). It has always worked fine – no problems up to this point.

    But now, the additional options are not showing up on the live site product page for each product I sell. An example is:

    As you can see, the “Product Additional Description” such as ’80” Wide Inside Box’ is being inserted into the product page correctly.

    However, the additional options such as ‘Add Tarp’ are not showing up on the live site product page, even though they show up correctly on the WordPress admin page under ‘Product Data’.

    I have already tried disabling all other plugins and changing the theme back to Storefront. I feel like the problem may be related to some https changes I have made – maybe the add-on form elements are not secure resulting in them not being displayed or something, but I am not sure.

    Can anyone please point me in the right direction on how to get this solved? Thank you in advance!

    We did a quick review of the live site, we noticed you may have switched to a different Product Add-ons plugin, based upon the class reference of wapf, as shown here: https://ibb.co/2Ktp4kN

    If you are still using the BizSwoop Product Add-ons plugin and trying to troubleshoot the issue, could you send a screenshot of the settings of the Product Add-on ‘Add Tarp’ which you flagged as not showing on the product page. Did you assign the add-on to a Variable product or Variation product? We’d like to review how you’ve setup this Add-on with the full settings.

    In a recent update, we now support assigning the add-on to a Variation product item, not only requiring the Product Variable be assigned.
