Bizzare situation with WOO and stripe payments

So I have setup a brand new store and when navigating to Manage and update your deposit account information to receive payments and deposits.?Manage in Stripe(opens in a new tab)
I am asked to specify a pin sent to a number I do not recognise, I see the same thing with the email option Enter the 6-digit code sent to a*******@g****.com
I have no idea whose number and email address that is! I certainly do not recognise it.
My question is how does woocommerce determine whose set the stripe account up? We recently acquired the domain, is this the former owner of the domain?
I have spent months working on the website to go live in two weeks, I have opened a support ticket but woo are soooo slow at replying and I’m going round in circles. They initially told me to contact stripe and stripe are telling me to contact them! Argh someone please HELP!
