Black background in google news when clicked

Now there are problems with preview images. They’re gone. Poster image is in every story.

In organic Google search, it’s the same.

@ediet It appears your Web Stories page attachment brings me to a post with a white background, and I can confirm the stories contain poster images as well. I’d suggest asking in the Webmasters Help Community forums for further help with your Web Stories on Google Search.

1. This happens when switching from Google News. As I wrote in the startpost.

2. And what about the pictures? Where do they go both in search and in Google news?

So far I have been unable to reproduce the issue with the black background when accessing your stories through Google News and clicking on the page attachments, both on desktop and on mobile.

Could you perhaps share a video or some screenshots of this in action? You could use a site like https://jumpshare.com/ to upload it.

As for the images, they all seem to have appeared again on Google News. If that happens again, I recommend consulting the Publisher Center Help for any Google News specific questions. Google News has some specific content guidelines that are worth checking out.
