Could you please give me the address of your site so that I can see the issue you are experiencing in real time? From this image it is impossible to understand the original problem.

Hi, my site is not live for public at the moment. Could you give me an email so that I can send you the login? Thanks

Please don’t offer to give a login to anyone on the forum.

If you give out admin credentials, you are making the other person potentially liable for any potential damage that maybe caused, not only by them but anyone accessing the system in the future. Even if they do not provide warranty for their own product. There have been cases in the past when plugin authors have been unfairly accused of damaging sites after being given admin access.

sorry, didn’t make myself clear. it is just a login to view the site. the actual admin login is not given.

Did you send an email with the URL and the access credential of your site? You can send your information in an email to [email protected] with subject “Issues with Zoom Magnifier”, adding the link of the page and your username in the content of the email so that our support team can help you?

    Hi,

I have previously sent 2 emails with the subject “Re: black bar appearing when clicking on product images”, maybe it was lost somewhere. I have just sent an email with your suggested subject header. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay, we have already answered to your email.

That line contains the text “loading” which is shown during the transaction from an image to another one when someone clicks on the slider.
Very problably, your image loading is so fast that it shows the text “loadin” so quickly to make it seem a flash. If you want, you can edit the code and remove this function. We will evaluate the possibility to make displaying of this text optional and in case add the new option in a future release.

    Thanks for your reply.

Can you guide me to the part of the code which I can edit/remove?
    Thanks.
