    Hey Everyone,

My question is probably very obvious… so obvious it’s making it really hard for me to find what I’m looking for.

In a lot of blogs these days people will have a photo with a description of the photo or the article related to the photo, but it’s in a black… almost grayed out line on the lower portion of the picture.

    How is this done?!

    take engadget for example… https://www.engadget.com/

  • Its a couple of nested div’s with absolute positioning, at least at engadget. View source for engadget and look for <div class="txt_holder"> then look up the style attributes in the stylesheet.

I see. Is there any kind of plugin out there that process this automatically? I’ve seen a few themes that provide it autmatically, but if the only way to enable it is through adding a code in the Stylesheet please let me know.

I’m sure it can be done with a plugin but I’m not aware of one. There are a lot of plugins in the archive though, so maybe.
