Black Screen

    When I click on a post to open up the pop up box, all that appears is the black background, with the ‘X’ close icon in the top right hand corner. The option to close does not work either. When I click on any other button in WordPress or the website, the black screen background also appears.

    Not sure what’s causing this? The website and plugin were both working fine just the other day.

    I’m using a trial version of the pro version as well.

    I found out what was causing the issue, there was a plugin conflicting with it, I wasn’t using it, so I just deactivated it and its working now. However there’s another issue now, I will post a separate post for that

    Which plugin were you using? I’m running into the same issues on my site.
