Black screen and no video appears

    I am using Learndash. The video itself is on YouTube.
    Video does not appear every time. I do not understand why?
    It usually happens when a person first clicks on a lesson and then on a topic.

    there are no errors in the browser. the video does not load not only for me, but also for my other clients

    I may need an account to take a closer look. Can you first double check that you are entering the Youtube Video URL and not embed code or something else in there?

    It should look like this.

    Also, be sure the video allows embedding in the privacy settings.

    Happy to help! For anyone else who is experiencing this issue, try turning on “Dynamic Javascript Loading” on the Presto Player > Settings > Performance screen.
