    Hello there,

I’m working at a clients website and tried to embed a 360 panorama tour.
Everything worked well and it looks good in the preview, but when I publish the page the tour isn’t loading and only a black box is appearing.

I uploaded the image directly onto their server.

Hope you can help me with that.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @maxlange ,

It can be a mixed content issue causing the panorama tour not to load on your page. Please ensure that all the resources used in the panorama tour are loaded over HTTPS. If your website is loaded over HTTPS, but the panorama tour includes HTTP resources, browsers may block them, resulting in issues like a black box.

If the issue persists, providing the specific link to the page on your website where this is happening can help us further investigate and provide you with a more targeted solution. You can share the link here.

We’ll do our best to help you in resolving this issue.

    Best Regards,
