    Hi,
I’m using Ugesi’s Black with Orange theme. Before my site (https://www.techsangam.com/) got hacked, the theme was working perfectly — as in loading all the images on the home page. I didn’t have to tinker with any special settings — I believe the the theme was simply loading the first (or last image) associated with a post. Now, the images are not being loaded at all. Looking at the rendered page source, there is no <img> tag at all. What happened? and how do I fix it?

I suspect this is a WordPress-wide configuration setting because I see a similar problem with most other magazine themes (Woothemes’ The Morning After doesn’t display the images either). Similarly, Inuit’s BizzArtic doesn’t display images on the home page.

The notable exception is wooThemes’ PremiumNews theme where all the images are displayed but I’m having other issues with that theme ??

The difference between my old & new installations is that in the latter, it’s installed on /wp33/ as opposed to the root, but I’ve made necessary changes in the Settings, .htaccess, etc.

    Any pointers?

    Thanks.
    Vishy

The img tag is there and it is pointing to an image.I think you will have to check the path to your images or your uploads folder.

It looks like all the images are there in IE9.

    -AFAIK
Supporting commercial themes is left to the theme developers. It is beyond the scope of this forum. You paid for support when you bought it. We don’t want to interfere with them making a living.

[edit] the theme your site is using is premiumnews.
