Blackberry Support

    Love this plugin. I have videos working great on all browser and iPhone/iPad.

    However, they don’t seem to work on the Blackberry.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    From what I understand, Blackberry’s support MP4 files. Is there any way the MP4 version of my video can be told to play if using a Blackberry as well as an iPhone/iPad?

    Bumping this for some more discussion on this topic of MP4 support. IMO, the Droid platform is going to be much more relevant than iPhone since the platform, again IMO, is much better. I’m pretty sure that Android powered smartphones now outnumber the iPhone/iPad platforms and I’m sure that will continue to gap out in the future.

    As a production company, we are content producers so this is an extremely relevant topic. We have nailed down our procedure for maximizing the quality of our MP4 encodes (using both VitualDub and Handbrake) for most Droid devices and the HD encodes (1200 x720) we are getting are simply stunning played back (from the SD card) on the new Samsung Charge.

    So here’s another vote for adding some functionality to this fine plugin…
