    Hello,

I appreciate your plugin. I have been using it for a while now, but suddenly it has become a pain.

The plugin is adding ?blackhole= to my pages on Google thereby deindexing my indexed pages. I am losing almost everything I have worked hard for over the year.

I am not getting SERP clicks anymore.

I have deleted the Blackhole plugin and yet ?blackhole= is being added to my new pages every day.

    Please help!

    Thanks in advance.

Hey @occupygh, if the plugin is deactivated/removed it can no longer have an effect on anything. What I’m guessing happened, is that the site has some sort of cache plugin enabled. In which case, you just need to empty/clear all cached pages to restore original functionality. Let me know if any questions about this, I am here to help.

We have emptied the caches over and over. At one point, we even disabled the cache as well, and yet no better fix.

Currently, the blackhole urls are multiplying, overshadowing my urls on SERP.

Any idea on how to fixing this please?

    Thanks.

I’m surprised emptying cache does not work. Which cache plugin are you using?

    WP Super Cache please.

Ok thanks, I will investigate to see if anything further can be done from this side of things. Please understand that once the blackhole plugin is removed/deleted, it is impossible for it to do anything or have any affect. Also, if you have cleared the cache, it is important to check your pages, to make sure that they contain the correct output. Once the correct pages are being served to visitors, it’s just a matter of time before Googlebot re-crawls and indexes the correct/current content.
