    Hi Marc,

    Since Cloudflare is a CDN, it can be used in addition to your current host. It basically acts as a layer between the visitor and your site.

    With that said, the Blackhole for Bad Bots plugin looks pretty good. I haven’t tested it myself, but based on the description, I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work with Independent Analytics. A real visitor won’t click on the hidden “honey pot” link, so the tracking script will still fire. For a bad bot, it sounds like the tracking script will fire once, and then never again for that particular bot.

    Thanks for the quick reply, time to take a look and your thoughts. I’m gonna try the plugin, which might be easier for me than setting up a CDN environment. Keep up the good work! ??
