hello, I don’t know what to do with this information: Your IP appears in one or more spam blacklists ?spam blacklists?you may want to talk to your host to resolve your IP reputation

My website is brand new and the first I’ve created. I haven’t gone beyond testing it on myself and my family, so i don’t know how I am already blacklisted. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

so i don’t know how I am already blacklisted

Why is a new website on a blacklist?
Your website is on a shared IP address 162.241.217.132
A reverse search show 1,294 domains hosted on IP address 162.241.217.132

So high probabilty you are sharing with some bad spam sites. The whole IP gets blacklisted

I hired someone to create this website for me so it must be THEIR ip showing so many domains. I wonder if there’s a way to officially transfer it to myself!

Is your developer hosting the site? Your IP belongs to BlueHosts – it is possible that your developer is ‘reselling’ Bluehosts in which case contact the developer, if you have a host account with Bluehosts contact them.

I have the host account, and while I accidentally created maybe 6 additional domains (while seeking different domain option availability, I didn’t realize the free ones were being automatically added to my cart), I don’t believe I have over a thousand.

Your host is best able to advise. Unless you pay for a dedicated IP it is shared with many random sites. That’s what shared hosting means.
