blacklist AND unable to save page edits

What is the message that’s popping up too fast to read on my sites? it’s something about being blacklisted. That’s going to scare people away. It’s only there when the cleantalk is turned on.

Also, when cleantalk is on, there are many problems with saving edits to pages happening on both of my sites. What is causing this and how do I fix? About to change to a new plugin.
